About the Role:
Solere is excited to be partnering with an innovative earlystage startup in London thats on a mission to create cuttingedge products designed to have a significant impact on the journey toward netzero emissions. Were seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team and lead the technology strategy that will shape the future of the companys product development.
This is an incredible opportunity for a tech leader who thrives in startup environments loves building teams from the ground up and wants to be part of something with a realworld impact.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the Vision: Drive the companys technical roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and playing a critical role in the product development lifecycle.
- Team Growth: Build and mentor a highperforming engineering team setting the culture and guiding them through the challenges of scaling.
- Product Ownership: Oversee the development of innovative products utilising React.js Node.js MongoDB and SQL Kubernetes AWS/Azure to deliver a scalable and robust platform.
- Stay Ahead: Leverage emerging technologies with a strong focus on AI and sustainability to ensure the company stays on the cutting edge of both product and green initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with other departments aligning the companys tech strategy with its ambitious business vision.
Who You Are:
- A proven technical leader with experience as a CTO or in a senior engineering leadership role ideally within an earlystage startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in React.js Node.js MongoDB and SQL.
- Track record of successfully building and scaling tech teams and guiding product development from inception to launch.
- Experience in AIrelated projects and/or a passion for green tech or netzero solutions is a big plus.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
