Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and client-facing Director of Technology AI to lead strategic AI initiatives solution design and pre-sales engagements for our global Digital Product Engineering services business. This role requires a blend of strong technical AI expertise business acumen and exceptional client management skills.

ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:Driving AI/ML strategy and solution offerings across service lines; leading pre-sales activities including RFP responses solution architecture and client presentations; defining and governing AI solution frameworks and reusable assets; providing delivery oversight for complex AI engagements; collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales domain consultants and delivery leaders); hiring mentoring and leading AI teams across geographies; ensuring ethical scalable and secure deployment of AI solutions; representing the organization at client briefings webinars and industry forums. Establishing AI as a strategic differentiator and driving AI revenue at the business unit level are key objectives.
Specifically the activities will be:Developing and implementing AI strategies; leading pre-sales efforts including proposals and client presentations; architecting and overseeing the delivery of complex AI solutions; collaborating with cross-functional teams; building and mentoring high-performing AI teams; ensuring the ethical and responsible use of AI.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for15 years of technology experience with at least 5 years in AI leadership roles within IT services. A proven track record in pre-sales solutioning and stakeholder engagement is essential. Deep experience with AI/ML Generative AI NLP LLMs and cloud-native ML platforms is required.
Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking forMaster s or Ph.D. in Computer Science Data Science or a related field. Proficiency in tools and platforms such as TensorFlow PyTorch MLflow Hugging Face and MLOps stacks. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are crucial. Experience with AI ethics privacy and model governance is preferred as are relevant AI certifications from cloud providers or professional institutes.
