As one of our Strategic Partner Manager based in Germany you will join a winning team that focuses on enabling internal and external parties and growing revenue by forging strong partnerships with other leading agency partners in the ecommerce ecosystem.

What Youll Do

Help scale our Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing & newly identified Agency Partners. You will leverage traditional & innovative business development tactics to build a revenue flywheel with our Agency Partners:

  • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through industry German agency partners and events

  • Be the face of the company at various events meetups and trade shows in Germany

  • Work closely with Account Managers to help them close deals

  • Develop our partner program processes and documents to enable our partners to become ambassadors of our software and drive leads through our sales process

  • Constantly optimize the sales pipeline by leveraging data analysis at each step of the process

  • Become a thought leader on the topic of ecommerce

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in either Partnerships or Sales with a focus on outbound motions

  • Can demonstrate a holistic understanding of marketing and sales strategies in ecommerce or SAAS

  • Previous experience in German ecommerce ecosystem or at a SAAS company

  • You want to step up to the challenge of hustling to scale our agency and events channel.

  • You are highenergy and hungry to drive growth.

  • You have a strong ability to influence. People trust you for your matter expertise.

  • Comfortable in an international environment can be traveling 25 of the time.

  • Agency is the #1 growth channel at Gorgias generating over 25 of all new revenue

  • Over 2000 Agency Partners

  • Close rate: 40

  • Growth: 100 YoY

  • This position is remote in Germany

KPI Structure

You will carry and own a quarterly revenue quota (closed ARR) the compensation for which will be paid out on a monthly basis.
