Are you ready to take your career to the next level The Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP) is designed to support ambitious women to fasttrack your journey into store leadership at Coles. Through a unique blend of handson experience tailored training shadowing opportunities and mentorship SMAP equips you with the tools and confidence to step into a Store Manager role and thrive as a leader.
The Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP) is a gamechanging initiative for retail leaders with big ambitions. Designed to support women into leadership roles this 6month program is your opportunity to fasttrack into a Store Manager role with Coles. Youll gain handson experience through store placements mentoring shadowing and both selfpaced and facilitatorled training.
From day one youll be set up for success with ongoing support even after youve completed the program.

Upon completion of SMAP youll step into the Store Manager role with full accountability for leading your team delivering key business objectives and creating meaningful customer experiences. From there your career can continue to grow across Coles Group with pathways into senior leadership roles.
Were looking for driven leaders with:
A passion for developing people and making a difference in the community.
Strong commercial acumen and a knack for achieving results.
Experience in leading large teams P&L management and a proven ability to think on your feet.
