Perform Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our clients expanding food manufacturing facility in Drogheda. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading name in the chilled convenience food industry delivering high-quality ready-to-eat products to major retailers across Ireland and Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance operations leading a dedicated team and ensuring full compliance with food safety standards and retailer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Promote a culture of proactive problem-solving and high-quality standards
Occasional travel within the UK and Europe for audits and technical meetings
Requirements
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BRC food safety standards
Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Desirable
Familiarity with Tesco TFS TQC Foods Connected or Inspectario
Experience in fresh produce or chilled convenience foods
Understanding of various Irish retailer standards (Aldi Lidl Musgrave etc.)
