The Curriculum Coordinator I is responsible for leading data management initiatives to support the Shared Discovery Curriculum. The position involves managing college assessment data streamlining access to student performance information across multiple campuses and running insightful reports on academic trends and outcomes. The position is located in East Lansing but occasional travel is expected between campuses. Early evening or weekend hours may be required to meet project deadlines proctor exams and support college events.
Key responsibilities include managing datasets for endofsemester evaluations and residency matching reports ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting for student affairs. In addition to data management the Curriculum Coordinator I will run academic performance summary reports to provide insights that support curricular improvements. Responsibilities also include updating and maintaining class materials on the Just in Time Medicine (JIT) platform running Progress Clinical Skills Examination feedback reports and processing assessment data to prepare for student dashboard review at the end of each semester. The role involves proctoring examinations to ensure adherence to assessment protocols.

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a fouryear college degree program in Education Health Education Educational Administration or a related field; six months to one to year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience and knowledge of curriculum in the area of employment; word processing database spreadsheet and presentation software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office 365 software; a qualified candidate would be a selfstarter with good decisionmaking skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously; experience editing and composing documents/correspondence; familiar with office procedures including management of databases committees and written reports scheduling meetings and conferences and use of the web; demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret information and creatively solve problems; ability to establish and maintain collegial effective working relationships with faculty staff and students; experience providing excellent customer service; ability and desire to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
