Job Description
Founded in 2013 Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees 7 billion downloads and over 200 million active users Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Team
Our Strategy & Operations team is a small and topperforming team. We work on high priority projects across the organization such as identifying new business opportunities leading teams and fixing operational and performance issues. In this team you will lead complex initiatives to ensure we achieve our goals. All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems carrying out analysis designing solutions and implementing them whilst collaborating with teams across Voodoo organization.
Role
- Work closely with the Venture Manager on strategy and operations and help build this new venture from the ground up
- Source and negotiate deals manage your own pipeline of social app teams and coach them in launching new products
- Support top management with market research user interviews and adhoc analyses
Profile
- Last year or gap year of a Tier 1 business or engineering school (Master Grande cole).
- 6 months internship Paris based.
- Youre passionate about the social app space
- You want to develop your operational skills in an entrepreneurial environment
- Youre a collaborative team player with adaptability in a startup environment.
- You have a growth hacker mentality with a datadriven and structured approach.
- Familiarity with the mobile growth ecosystem is a plus.
- Youre fluent in French English.
