- Managing the full recruitment cycle (from job posting to onboarding)
- Mass sourcing of candidates through job platforms social media and other channels
- Conducting screening interviews and evaluating candidates soft skills
- Collaborating with department managers to clarify hiring requirements
- Maintaining and updating the ATS
- Analyzing recruitment efficiency and preparing reports.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter/TA or similar roles
- Mass Hiring experience is a must
- Experience in working with Marketing vacancies
- Knowledge of iGaming industry or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency in various candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Djinni job platforms Telegram channels etc.
- Strong communication skills ability to engage candidates and conduct effective interviews
- Highly organized fastpaced and resultoriented approach to work
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher Ukrainian Native
