Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join HUB24s People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role is key to delivering a smooth consistent and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Youll provide vital coordination and administrative support to ensure the Talent Acquisition function runs efficiently and effectively.

From scheduling interviews and managing communications to maintaining process consistency youll play a central part in keeping our hiring engine running.

This role is based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

    • Schedule interviews with candidates and align with hiring managers availability.
    • Coordinate interview logistics including meeting rooms and video conferencing.
    • Provide candidates with detailed interview information and ensure a positive experience.
    • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and send offer letters contracts and other relevant documentation.
    • Assist with onboarding including new hire packets and orientation schedules.
    • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers Talent Acquisition Partners and external agencies.
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and diversity metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies employment laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred (not essential).
    • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment HR or administrative role.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
