Account and Office Administrator
Job Summary
The Account and Office Administrator will provide elite service to our financial advisors and their clients. You will operate within Raymond James Schwab Black Diamond and Microsoft systems and processes to provide excellent administration on client account opening and servicing. Additionally you will be positioned to build quality relationships with clients by providing friendly reception and impactful client communication. You will be responsible for maintaining a wellresourced office environment and have the opportunity to keep things organized for the team. This position is nonexempt and located onsite in our Wichita KS office.The salary range is $.
The Account and Office Administrator will report to the Investment Administration Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing Money Movement requests including contributions and distributions
Processing trades as requested by advisors
Tracking Required Minimum Distributions and retirement contributions on all advisor accounts
Timely responses to client and advisor requests via phone call and email
Opening and maintaining client accounts
Initiating and completing account transfers and rollovers
Depositing checks
Filling out paperwork for client signatures
Running portfolio reporting as requested by advisors
Maintaining client contact records
Stocking office supplies and operating office equipment
Greeting visitors at the front desk
Distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assisting with technology needs in the conference room
Staying current with industry terminology and continuing education
Coordinating with Keating operations team on facilities maintenance
All other duties as assigned or directly related to unique ability
