Great Southern Wood Preserving Inc. makers of YellaWood brand pressuretreated pine is seeking a Sales Intern for the 2025 Summer Internship Program. This program is an opportunity to experience the lumber industry and workforce like never before. From networking opportunities and realworld projects to community service events Great Southern provides the incredible opportunity to gain valuable realworld experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Gaining corporate experience and developing new skills through onthejob training and exposure to inventory purchases order entry and customer service.
- Assisting with sales calls and order entry.
- Gathering and performing analysis to assist the sales team in making decisions.
- Participating in customer visits.
- Assisting with special projects and adhoc requests as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least a Sophomore and actively seeking a Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales or related degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater.
- Must have experience with PowerPoint Excel Word Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
