Cleaners (General & Theatres)

THE POSITION
General Cleaner
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms corridors and common areas.
- Use hospitalapproved cleaning products and equipment.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
Theatre Cleaner
- Perform deep cleaning in operating theatres and surgical areas.
- Follow strict infection control and sterilisation protocols.
- Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste.
THE PERSON
- Follows strict health safety and infection control protocols.
- Pays close attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Understands the need for privacy and sensitivity in a hospital setting.
- Works well with hospital staff to support patient care.
- Has or is able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
