Job Description

THE JOB / Senior Event Executive Hospitality

EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing highend hospitality programs for our brand partners at experiential events in sports and entertainment.

***Our headquarters is in Stamford CT but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work 23 days week in office) in one of our office locations Stamford CT New York NY Charlotte NC Los Angeles CA or Atlanta GA.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Event Executive to assist in the development and of hospitality hosting programs for one of our key clients in home improvement. You will help support multiple highend B2B hosting programs through implementing preevent communication and planning online registration management onsite staffing postevent communication and reporting guest premiums and ancillary planning supporting the broader team. This individual will be working with a serviceoriented team who is committed to providing a seamless whiteglove hospitality experience to our clients. With the team located across the country you will have broad exposure to the hospitality industry with a tremendous potential to learn and gain handson experience. THE WORK YOULL DO

  • Assist with event planning research onsite activation and postevent wrapup for premier hospitality programs
  • Handle online guest registration systems and databases
  • Develop templates and acquire invitee information from various clients
  • Support budget creation management reconciliation and recapping
  • Help manage vendor payments client invoices and internal contract processes
  • Create personalized itineraries for various events (i.e. golf football private events entertainment)
  • Support all logistics to include but not limited to guest communications dcor talent appearances accommodations transportation food and beverage ancillary experiences and gifting
  • Make recommendations based on your research to enhance guest experiences and create moneycantbuy moments
  • Create and distribute status agendas with planning updates for weekly client meetings and distribute event status meeting notes
  • Handle event results reporting and wrapup report development
  • General account management and assistance with client requests

  • 3ish years experience in related events field; past hospitality and/or event management experience preferred
  • Have excellent computer skills proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
  • A jetsetter: bags are packed and excited at the idea of travel (approx. 35
  • Willing to work weekends holidays and nontraditional hours as required
  • Can lift to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time
  • Though not a requirement a second language is a plus

L2: This position pays $50000 is overtimeeligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
