Salary Range: $400000 $600000 annually (with potential to earn up to $10 million in total package over two years based on performance)

Role Overview
As CEO you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and daytoday operations of Friendly Franchisees with a focus on scaling our restaurant operations and maximizing the value of our real estate portfolio. This is a pivotal role for an innovative leader who can identify growth opportunities improve operational efficiency and inspire a highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a longterm vision for growth in both restaurant operations and real estate development.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the restaurant and real estate sectors to drive revenue and profitability.
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the performance of restaurant franchises ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience streamline operations and boost profitability across all locations.
Real Estate Development
- Lead the evaluation acquisition and management of highvalue real estate assets to optimize returns.
- Foster relationships with developers investors and other stakeholders to expand the companys portfolio.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless integration between restaurant operations and real estate projects to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to drive organizational success.
Team Leadership
- Build and inspire a team of talented professionals fostering a culture of accountability respect and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to leaders in both restaurant and real estate divisions.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive with expertise in restaurant operations and/or real estate development.
- Experience managing and scaling multiunit restaurant franchises with an understanding of operational metrics and customer engagement.
- Deep knowledge of real estate investments acquisitions and portfolio management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets P&L statements and capital allocation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire confidence among employees stakeholders and partners.
- Strategic thinker with a handson approach to solving problems and driving results.
