End product is completion of standardized form(s).Evaluations to be completed in VESs provider portalRecord review is required in most casesFollow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (addendums medical opinions and reading diagnostics) RATE STRUCTURE :***Hourly Overtime Holiday rates are NOT applicable with VES.
