Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional client and project oversight
- Daytoday point person for client management and account strategy
- Ability to work and manage resources and fellow teammates
- Proactively develop growth strategies
- Develop exciting campaigns and capably communicate strategic value to internal and external stakeholders
- Create write and review social media content
- Establish and optimize social media strategy
- Draft status reports throughout the duration of campaigns to keep clients and peers updated
- Analyze social growth and create campaign reports
- Manage creative editorial calendars for clients
- Research current marketing tools and trends
- Oversee & implement (when necessary) community management across all accounts
- Track current trends and relevant industry news for each client
- Work (i.e. manage and lead) crossfunctionally with design development production and paid media teams
- Positively contribute to company culture
Requirements:
- 2 years work experience in marketing or within an agency
- Ability and desire to manage and lead a team
- Incredible project management skills
- Exceptionally strong writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms: best practices features and analytics
- Strong competency ofsocial metrics and analytics
- Serious multitasking skills
- Unmatched attention to detail
- Teamplayer attitude
- Ability to be in office in Los Angeles (Century City) a minimum of 3 days per week
