Role Overview
We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist who is not just familiar with automation but passionate about building scalable insightdriven marketing processes. You will lead our HubSpot strategy to enhance lead nurturing lifecycle automation segmentation campaign tracking and reporting.
This is a handson role for someone who can manage the full automation lifecyclefrom anonymous visitor to customer winbackwhile supporting lead generation SDR followups customer onboarding and event workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership & Administration
- Own the endtoend administration of HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Build and manage workflows nurture streams and lifecycle programs
- Design and maintain smart lists segments and contact lifecycle transitions
- Conduct platform audits to ensure best practices and data integrity
- Optimize forms CTAs and landing pages using HubSpots draganddrop tools
- Maintain CRM property logic and automation consistency across marketing and sales
Automation Strategy &
- Create lead scoring models based on engagement ERP interest and lifecycle stage
- Launch and optimize campaign workflows for TOFU MOFU and BOFU campaigns
- Develop triggerbased campaigns for demo bookings noshow followups MyAccount signups and passive MQL reengagement
- Manage appointment booking flows and integrated calendar scheduling tools
- Run retargeting reactivation winback and partner nurturing sequences
Campaign Management & Event Support
- Coordinate event and webinar campaigns including registration workflows and attendee followups
- Align campaigns with ERP (Oracle SAP Workday) segmentation and pain pointspecific messaging
- Execute pre and postevent sequences reengagement flows and feedback tracking
Reporting Attribution & Optimization
- Build campaign dashboards to track MQL creation SQL conversion lead source ROI and content performance
- Implement UTM tracking structure and campaign naming conventions
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the marketing and leadership teams
Integration & Compliance
- Integrate HubSpot with tools like Leadfeeder Google/LinkedIn Ads Zoom and Zapier
- Set up data retention rules based on lifecycle stage and inactivity windows (e.g. delete irrelevant leads after 3090 days)
- Ensure GDPR CANSPAM and contact consent flagging compliance
What You Bring
- 35 years of handson experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot CRM knowledge is a bonus)
- Experience in managing multistep workflows scoring models and contact segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with databacked decisionmaking
- Experience in B2B SaaS (preferably HRTech or ERPintegrated platforms)
- HubSpot certifications (Automation Reporting Marketing Software) preferred
