Key Responsibilities: Drive the design process from initial concept through to completion ensuring robust and imaginative architectural solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to integrate diverse project requirements. Utilise advanced Revit skills to produce detailed design documentation and 3D models. Oversee project progress ensuring adherence to quality standards and design intent. Engage in client consultations presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback to refine project outcomes. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Extensive experience as an Architect with a demonstrated record of delivering complex projects. Proficiency in Revit with the ability to translate concept ideas into detailed and precise architectural renderings. Strong understanding of the design process in the Commercial Cultural Education Healthcare Residential and MixedUse sectors. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a strong track record in collaborative project delivery.
