What are we looking for
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Operations Guest Experience and Team Memberengagement. Enthusiastic and passionate you will ideally have current experience as a Director of Operations or Hotel Manager within a similar hotel city environment.
A Hotel Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
- An Established Director of Operations or Hotel Manager with strong operational experience in Rooms and/or F&B.
- Extensive multicultural experience adept at working with diverse teams and customers.
- Strong ability to collaborate and foster networks and relationships with owners contractors and corporates must be highly visible.
- Experienced in delivering innovative commercial opportunities with experience in increasing profitability.
- Exceptional people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey and instilling the Hilton culture and values.
- Strong stakeholder/owner relations and influencing experience.
- Experience managing budgets revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similar city/lifestyle style property.
- Proven experience in delivering results with an eye for details and quality.
- Experience in GCC countries will be an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- English language mandatory Arabic would be an advantage.

The Property
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Hotel Manager to oversee DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Al Sadd and Aleph Doha Residences Curio Collection by Hilton. These two distinct properties offer a mix of contemporary hotel accommodations and upscale serviced residences catering to both business and leisure travelers. DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Al Sadd features stylish rooms diverse dining and modern amenities in the heart of the city while Aleph Doha Residences boasts spacious apartments Dohas highest indoor swimming pool and premium lifestyle facilities in West Bay.
The Role
This exciting Cluster Hotel Manager position will be responsible for managing the hotel operations the Hotel Management team and ensuring to deliver on hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations.
What will you be doing
Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage and lead the lead hotel operation.
- Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel ensuring revenue guest satisfaction and Team Member engagement goals are met and exceeded.
- Lead in all key property issues including capital projects customer service and refurbishment.
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and Hilton.
- Deliver achievable hotel budgets and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
- Provide exceptional leadership to hotel Team Members focusing on Hilton culture and values.
- Lead in all aspects of business planning.
- Comply with and exceed Hilton Brand Service Standards.
- Ensure costs are controlled.
- Manage and develop the Hotel Team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within Hilton.
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team.
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
