Job Description
Zone IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning and executing a variety of corporate events from conferences to teambuilding activities ensuring everything runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
As an Event Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing event logistics coordinating with vendors and collaborating with our marketing team to create engaging experiences for our attendees.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection logistics budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event .
- Manage event registrations communication and followup with participants.
- Coordinate event marketing efforts through social media and email campaigns.
- Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative ideas for events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- A degree in hospitality management marketing or a related field is preferred.
