The expected starting base salary for this position is $121764 $127853 annually depending on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. Once hired you will progress through a wider salary range over time as you continue to develop job knowledge skills and competencies for the role.

What youll be doing
Reporting to the Director Business and Program Transformation (BPT) the Policy Consultant (PC) conducts policy research and prepares analyses related to nursing and midwifery standards of practice other organizational and board policies and contributes to integration of policy within the Inquiry Discipline & Monitoring (IDM) program and in harmony with Regulatory Policy & Programs (RPP). The PC plans develops implements evaluates a broad range of policy initiatives specific to IDM legislated requirements and in alignment with the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA) using a wide range of strategies. The Consultant is also responsible for supporting the communication of IDM policies to staff registrants and other key partners.
