Lets Get Down To Business
We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join our banking team.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing knowledge and expertise to help client meet their challenges
- Work with or act as project manager to scope and analyse the area of analysis
- Setting project direction and providing project oversight
- Interface with business users on functional issues to analyse and define business and functional requirements
- Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams
- Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams
- Scoping estimation project budgets and financials
Show Us What Youve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
background:
- 1 - 5 years Business Process experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Experience in Change Management
- Financial Industry experience
Skills & Knowledge:
- Fluency in English French and/or Dutch
- Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM
- High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
- You can summarize complex processes and steps in an understandable way
- Excellent analytical reporting and presentation skills
- Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
- You are a creative problem solver with a hands-on approach
Good to show us:
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset
