We are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Consultant who will work across a range of sectors.

As a Senior Consultant you will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenons business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development.

Your key responsibilities

Identify and analyze clients business issues.

Be an active contact for our clients responsible for developing work plans designing and conducting analyses synthesizing conclusions

Manage other team members.

Perform market industries and companies dynamics research using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports market research reports news articles internal sources).

Execute various analyses (e.g. customer segmentation market sizing competitor analysis avenues for growth operating model design) to support recommendations.

Design and execute in-depth interviewswith key organizational stakeholders industry experts and customers.

Analyze business plans and pro-forma financial and operating models to help identify key assumptions and drivers.

Skills and attributes for success

Bachelors degree in Economics or Business

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Excellent knowledge of English in a professional environment

Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel PowerPoint Word MS Project

Experience in business consulting operations or a quantitative type of research and analytics function

Ability to make detailed assessments of industry products markets competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities

Excellent problem solving orientation project management facilitation and interpersonal skills

Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.

Willingness and ability to travel when necessary

Experience in performing commercial due diligence is an advantage
