Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Description:Were looking for an experienced Ecommerce/Amazon Account Manager to drive sales growth increase brand visibility and optimize customer experience. This role covers endtoend account management including strategy development product listing optimization inventory management advertising and customer service. The ideal candidate must have SellerCloud experience general ecommerce expertise and not be limited to Amazon alone. They should be wellversed in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and broader ecommerce strategies leveraging datadriven decisionmaking to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for growth visibility and revenue across multiple platforms.
- Product Optimization: Optimize listings including titles descriptions images and keywords.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate fulfillment to prevent stockouts.
- Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions to boost ROAS.
- Customer Service: Respond to reviews resolve issues and collaborate with Amazon representatives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics generate reports and recommend improvements.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and protect intellectual property.
Qualifications:- Must have SellerCloud experience.
- Must have general ecommerce experience not just Amazon.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce account management preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through ecommerce channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools such as Amazon Seller Central eBay and Shopify.
- Knowledge of SEO SEM and digital marketing strategies.
