About this role
About the Role:
In this role you will be supporting the Equity Private Markets HR Business Partner team providing them with data and analytics on a regular basis enabling them to provide strategic HR partnership to our client groups and drive outstanding performance.You will also be joining a community of Junior HRBPs to share best practices and collaborate across businesses.
The ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex challenges generates innovative approaches to problems and gets excited about leveraging data and analytics to address talent priorities. You will also have an opportunity to work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as talent development employee relations and culture in addition to supporting annual talent processes.
Well expect you to:
Establish routines and provide materials to help the team run as effectively as possible
Identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to assist in decisionmaking tie analyses back into business priorities
Serve as a subject matter expert on tools processes policies and liaise across HR teams on projects e.g. Talent Acquisition Talent Management
Your colleagues will depend on you to:
Help inform decisionmaking by using data to identify trends determine the root causes of issues and develop effective solutions
Partner with HR functional teams such as Employee Relations Compensation Talent Acquisition etc. to execute on business priorities and identify solutions
Support on analytics requests and independently propose key metrics data manipulation and analytics involving headcount (hiring attrition promotion performance etc.; working across a variety of stakeholders
Support on analytics requests on a variety of HR data including carried interest performance reviews and ad hoc analysis
Partner with HR team to report on data from Workday as needed
Support on high level strategy and HR operating model PowerPoint decks (such as partners meeting HCM strategy and overview/progress); share perspectives and recommendations
Partner across HR team to develop people process policy and structure solutions to help the business deliver on strategy
You need to have:
Relevant HR Business Partner experience ideally in a highvolume environment
A highly motivated energizing attitude
Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the HR team as well as tracking and disseminating data
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Workday experience preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail including the ability to tailor communication style and level of detail to appropriate audience
