Seeking an experienced Program Director for a program in Paxton MA working with adolescents/young adults (coed from ages 414.
Schedule: Exempt role Monday Friday 95pm with oncall weekend rotation
Starting at $50611.79 up to $59777.44yr & $1000 sign on bonus

You would be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development supervision of residential staff management of program budget integration of community opportunities for youth and assurance of quality of milieu services.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts is located in Paxton MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. This positionis responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services Sociology Special Education Counseling or Psychology.
One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.
Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
Excellent organizational oral and written communication skills.
Consistently meets deadlines ability to prioritize multitask and flexibility.
Willingness to be oncall.
Previous experience and knowlege of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.
