- Empower Lives: Provide culturally respectful personcentered support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds.

- Advocate for Change: Stand up for human rights and help participants achieve their goals and live independently.
- Work Together: Partner with families communities and colleagues to create holistic inclusive support plans tailored to each participant.
