Position: Technical Support Advisor
Location: On-site in Galicia or Remote from mainland Spain

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively with customers providing clear and professional support.
- Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
- Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (ie C1) plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian Polish Spanish or Portuguese (C1).
- Education or hands-on experience in IT particularly in areas such as cloud technologies productivity software (e.g. Office suite Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server) or Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
