Day Custodianat CBM SystemsL.L.C.
Shift:Monday through Friday
Winter Hours10:30am 7:30 pm
Summer Hours 11:30am 8:30pm
Wage: $18.00/hr.
Location: Japanese Garden611 SW Kingston Ave Portland OR 97205
Requirements:
- Youmustbe at or over 18 years old.
- For safety reasons youmustbe able to speak or understand English.
- A preemployment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Able to drive a golf cart throughout the premises.
Job Duties:
As you might expect cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:
- Reporting client requests to account manager
- Maintaining Common areas
- Restocking Supplies
- Customer Service/Communication with Clients
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning Restrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Sanitizing
- Cleaning Windows
