Daily guarantee of $1000/day or 30% of net collections whichever is higher
Earning potential of $230K annually with opportunity to grow beyond
No insurance billing all fee-for-service patients
3 to 4-day work week (flexible scheduling options including 3.5 days)

Who We re Looking For:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Licensed to practice in California or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working independently as the sole provider in a busy clinic
Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
FFS experience is a plus but not required
Open to experienced dentists or highly motivated newer grads with a residency program
