Job Description
Our clientaleader in the semiconductor industry is looking for a SeniorEquipment Maintenance Technician based out of Milpitas CA.
Duration: Long TermContract(Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $65 $80/hrDOE
Performs assembly and testing associated with manufacturing operations using mechanical drawings technical work instructions and electrical schematics; uses sophisticated programs and diagnostic equipment to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct real time adjustments to products instruments or equipment.
Responsibilities
- Effectively read and follow work instructions for proper product assembly
- Create Problem Correction Reports (PCRs) or redline procedures and inspection instructions; work closely with engineers to resolve issues related to new product introduction such as manufacturability and form fit and function for future builds
- May troubleshoot moderate to highly complex mechanical and software issues within an assembly manufacturing environment
- Able to work up to 8hour shifts in a clean room environment wearing PPE (bunny suit safety glasses masks shields gloves safety footwear)
- Consistently demonstrate ability to be flexible and responsive to changing priorities (ex. rework overtime)
- Willing and able to install components from a working height between 1271 and reach into machines to perform tasks
Required Skills:
- Pluming of gas liquid and vacuum systems
- Use of a DMM
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics
Preferred Skills:
- CAD
