Job Description

Job Title: Procurement Officer Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)
Location: Taiwan

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves sourcing negotiating and procuring materials equipment and services required for offshore and onshore pipeline operations. The candidate will ensure timely procurement costeffectiveness and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1012 years of experience in procurement for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (reading writing and speaking) mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in sourcing materials evaluating suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Familiarity with international and local procurement regulations in Taiwan.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
