Job Description
At The Reject Shop were not your average retail store and were definitely not looking for an average Store Manager. Were on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience and were looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager at our Brimbankstore.
As a handson retail Store Manager you will be responsible for leading a customerfocused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions actively addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Youll be the driving force behind our stores success. Your mission should you choose to accept it will include:
- Leading by example and creating a highenergy fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
- Overseeing all store operations from inventory management to visual merchandising.
- Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
- Inspiring your team to be their best nurturing talent and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
- Solving challenges with your superhuman problemsolving skills and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team
- Deliver business objectives
