Responsibilities:
* Report to the Service & Parts Directorensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals
* Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion
* Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment
*Establishing promotional service prices
*Ensuring that the department adheres to all companyestablished and legal guidelines
*Manage staff of Service Advisors Technicians & Porters
*Manage used cars repairs and making sure they get through the shop in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Must be able to manage in a fastpaced work environment
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- Pass pre employment background check and drug screen
