Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Cloudera Admin. You will be responsible for setting up configuring and maintaining Cloudera clusters for our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Cloudera Admin or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cloudera Distribution for Hadoop (CDH) and other related technologies such as HDFS Hive Impala and Sentry.
- Experience with cluster design capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting Cloudera clusters.
- Knowledge of security practices and implementation in Cloudera environments.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and Linux systems administration.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
