Your mission
- Be a storyteller for your clients transforming complex topics into relatable engaging and impactful social media content.
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Pinterest TikTok etc. ensuring they align with client goals and drive engagement.
- Oversee community management to foster engagement handle crises and nurture a positive brand image for clients.
- Work in close collaboration with the other crafts Editorial Creation PR&Comms Strategy and Account Management in order to deliver integrated campaigns and alwaysoncontent across multiple channels and to ensure highquality content creation and timely delivery.
- Be the key point of contact for all social mediarelated discussions with and for the client.
- Identify potentials for the improvement of social media activities based on trends reports and data analyses.
- Manage social media budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Your profile
- You have proven experience 3 years) in social media management ideally within a marketing and/or PR agency.
- You have an exceptional understanding of all major social media platforms and stay on top of trends.
- Your have experience with social media advertising audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- You have strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement tools (Google Analytics Sprout Social Hootsuite etc..
- You have excellent writing skills and can effectively brief the creative team on producing videos and images.
- You have excellent communications skills in both German and English.
- You are creative with a strategic mindset.
