Job Title: Account Manager
Salary Range: $60000 $65000
Location: In office Troy MI

The account manager will be responsible
- Working with clients for monthly reports and uploads to the program data base
- Compiling reports to send to our accounting team and insurance carrier
- Tracking policy renewal dates and working with the team on renewal policies
- Updating template certificates as needed
- Compiling reports for surplus lines taxes
- Working with compliance team as needed on risk purchasing group renewal forms
- Intaking customer coverage questions and responding
- Reviewing program loss runs on a monthly basis and converting to our master claims report
- Reviewing client marketing material
Key Qualifications
- Highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Some insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with a team on a daily basis
