Overview: Bloom Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading company in the landscaping industry. We are seeking an experienced and clientfocused Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction retention and sales while overseeing field operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly respected organization that values strong client relationships and service excellence.

About the Role:

As the Account Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You will build and maintain strong relationships oversee field operations and work closely with a Production Manager to deliver toptier results. Additionally you will identify growth opportunities and contribute to the financial success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction:

  • Develop and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
  • Address and resolve client concerns to drive retention and renewal.

Sales & Growth:

  • Proactively identify and present site enhancement opportunities.
  • Generate referrals and collaborate with the Business Development team.
  • Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients ensuring financial targets are met.

Operational Leadership:

  • Assist in the overall leadership of the branch.
  • Maintain acceptable accounts receivable levels.
  • Ensure accurate client data management in collaboration with the Branch Administrator.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in landscaping or a related service industry.
  • Degree in Horticulture or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
