Your Impact
As an Account Manager at Deliverect you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and customer retention by strategically managing and developing these accounts.

A Typical Day

    • Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers within assigned accounts.
    • Revenue Growth:Achieve and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing and growing existing accounts.
    • Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and problemsolving.
    • Sales Forecasting:Accurately forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Account Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with the customers business objectives.
    • CrossSelling and UpSelling:Identify opportunities to crosssell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Customer Retention:Proactively address customer concerns and implement strategies to retain existing business.
    • Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with sales marketing product and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Expertise

    • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role within the technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
    • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
    • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
    • Arabic Speaking is a must.
    • Based in KSA

Additional Information

    • This is a fulltime hybrid role with 4 days in our Riyadh office and 1 day WFH. Fluency in English and Arabic is required with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
