At Luminaiwe develop technology to automate longform organization wide workflows of any complexity easily and safely using AI. Luminai serves some of the worlds most critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare Finance and Telecommunication to delegate missioncritical workflows that previously required handson human involvement over to autonomous AI systems. Our approach combines frontier AI development with a purpose built workflow engine to achieve this goal.
Weve raised significant amounts of capital (including some unannounced) from many of the best Silicon Valley VCs: General Catalyst YCombinator and investors including Kevin Weil (Chief Product Officer at OpenAI) Arash Ferdowsi (cofounder of Dropbox) Katie Stanton (former VP Global Media Twitter) and CEOs of companies including Flexport Notion Front Ramp and Twitch.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai youll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. Youll manage fullcycle recruiting across multiple departments partnering with hiring managers to source attract and close top talent that aligns with our culture. This is a hybrid position. Our team is inoffice 3 days a week (Mon Tue Thu) in San Mateo California.
Own fullcycle recruiting across technical functions Engineering Product and Design
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions
Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
5 years of experience in recruiting for highgrowth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)
Proven success hiring for technical teams
Strong skills in fullcycle recruiting and candidate sourcing including negotiating offers pitching equity value to candidates and building relationships
Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience
Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting across various time zones
Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
