Job Description

The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for diverse vacancies. This position will work closely with hiring managers across divisions to develop and execute recruitment strategies manage the fullcycle recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
     A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in a technical engineering or consulting environment.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring teams effectively.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
    Proven track record in fullcycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
    Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.


Tasks and Duties:


    Utilize various channels (job boards social media networking events and professional platforms) to source qualified candidates for engineering project management consulting and support roles.
    Build and nurture strategic relationships with universities communities syndicates and other applicant sources to proactively cultivate a robust and diverse talent pipeline enhance companys employer brand and ensure early access to top emerging talent.
    Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical professional and cultural fit criteria.
    Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
    Oversee the complete recruitment process from posting vacancies to onboarding new employees.
    Promote companys brand and values ensuring potential candidates understand our commitment to quality and excellence.
    Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.
