We are immediately hiring qualified Licensed Practical Nurses for Monroe Township

Responsibilities may include the following but are not limited to:
- Traveling to patients home and providing Best Practice nursing care
- Checking vital signs
- Documenting in a complete and confidential manner
- Evaluate the patients well being reporting any needs to the Director of Clinical Nursing or emergency services
- Providing personal care and meals
- More advanced nursing such as chest tubes IVs colostomy urinary catheter management are also available
- Giving emotional support to client and families in times of crisis
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Annual physical within one year
- PPD or Quantiferon within one year or chest xray within five years
- MMR labs
- COVID vaccine card with booster
