We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Online Bidder who can handle bidding on platforms like and . The ideal candidate must have indepth knowledge of both portals and a proven track record of winning projects in the domains of web design development UI/UX design branding mobile apps and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Regularly bid on relevant projects on Freelancer and Upwork
Understand client requirements and create custom proposals
Communicate with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner
Coordinate with the internal team for project estimation and timelines
Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion
Requirements:
Prior experience in bidding on Freelancer and Upwork (minimum 1 year preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
