JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership and Employee Development:
Commercial Business Development and Sales Management
Community Leadership and Involvement
Business Acumen and Technical Knowledge
BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) and at least six years of related experience and/or training required; a minimum of three years of management experience and proven leadership capabilities required. Demonstrates strength in coaching and serves as a mentor to more junior peers and colleagues. Has existing relationships with business community and a proven ability to turn networking opportunities into business development. Internally this position provides for ongoing professional development and advancement opportunity for existing Salem Five management candidates.
