Job Description
About our client:
The company is a global leader in design services and franchised distribution for semiconductors and networking products. They provide services and highvalue products including semiconductor components electronic devices network equipment and software primarily to Japanese and foreign electrical and electronics manufacturers who lead the information and telecommunication industry.
Job Descriptions:
- Be part of the team of a prominent Japanese semiconductor distributor expanding its share worldwide:
Manage and grow Japanese customers in the ASEAN region - Liaise closely with HQ in Japan on customers projects transfer to ASEAN
- Coordinate pricing with marketing department and facilitate quotes to customers
- Review customers forecast and work with customer service department to ensure smooth
deliveries to customers - Conduct facetoface or online meeting with customers or internal parties to maintain good
relationship to know customers production trend to budget sales amount or to discuss daily
topics. - To be engaged in the Companys expansion into new business sectors that is beyond
semiconductor distribution.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering will be beneficial
- At least 2 years of relevant work experiences in electronic components industry
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) skill will be advantageous
- Good communication skills with pleasant personality to work in team
- Good analytical skills with meticulous attitude logical thinking & problemsolving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel PowerPoint Word and experiences with ERP system like Oracle/SAP
- Knowledge of Incoterms export/import & logistics (warehouse/forwarding) will be advantageous
- Overseas travel is required
Remuneration:
- up to RM 4500
- RM 1100 guaranteed reimbursement
