As we grow we re looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between our technology and our clients needs someone who can speak both business and technical languages fluently in English and French.
In this role you ll support the direct sales team and key external partners delivering the technical insight and confidence that helps convert prospects into long-term clients. You ll be reporting directly to the Chief of Product & Partnerships helping align our product vision with real-world needs.
What You ll Be Doing:
Support Sales & Partners: Collaborate with PandaPay s sales team and external partners to evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. You ll lead technical discovery adapt demos and provide pre-sales expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Act as a Product Expert: Build deep knowledge of our platform including hardware software integrations and APIs and become the go-to resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
Create Impactful Demos: Set up and maintain compelling client-ready demo environments. Deliver clear engaging presentations in both virtual and on-site settings.
Ensure Smooth Handoffs: Work closely with sales reps onboarding and implementation teams to ensure that every new client is set up for success post-sale.
Influence the Roadmap: Share recurring feedback from prospects and partners with product and marketing teams to help shape future features messaging and documentation.
What We re Looking For:
2 5 years of experience in sales engineering technical pre-sales or solution consulting preferably in SaaS payments retail ERP space or hospitality tech
Bilingual: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English
Strong technical curiosity and ability to break down complex ideas into simple terms
Confident presenting to stakeholders of all types from frontline staff to executives
Familiarity with APIs software integrations or payment systems is a plus
Organized proactive competitive and able to juggle multiple opportunities
Someone who understands the industry and stays ahead of market and technology trends
Must be based in Canada**
