Position Details
- Role: FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Representative
- Languages: Fluency in French is required; English proficiency is an asset
- Contract Type:
- 12month employment contract extendable for an additional 12 months
- Opportunity for a permanent contract after 2 years of service
Salary Details
Option 1 Without CompanyProvided Housing:
- Base Salary: 941/month (gross)
- Food Allowance: 154/month (paid via a debit card)
- Christmas and Holiday Bonuses: 78.42/month each
- Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1251.84/month
Option 2 With CompanyProvided Housing:
- Base Salary: 768/month (gross)
- Housing Benefit (for candidates living more than 100 km away): 200/month
- Food Allowance: 154/month (paid via a debit card)
- Christmas and Holiday Bonuses: 64/month each
- Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1250/month
(Note: Housing benefit includes rent and utility bills if you stay in companyprovided housing.

Your Responsibilities
- Respond to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email or chat to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a professional and dynamic communication style to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Selection Process
Our recruitment process is simple and transparent:
- Online Testing: Completion of six timed tests through an online platform with instructions provided via email.
- Interview: A phone interview to discuss your qualifications career goals and expectations.
- Confirmation and Relocation: Receive a comprehensive kit and support for relocation arrangements upon selection.
