Job Description
Are you a fluent English speaker with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to player engagement Join a wellestablished iGaming service provider in Limassol as a Player Relationship Officer where youll connect with players enhance their gaming experience and ensure responsible gaming practices.
Your Profile:
- Fluent/Native English speaker
- Flexible to work a 5day shift schedule (Monday to Sunday shifts: 08:00 to 16:00 10:00 to 18:00 13:00 to 21:00 16:00 to 00:00
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory a gaming background is a strong advantage
- Computer literate
- Selfmotivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities
- Must be eligible to work in the EU
Responsibilities:
- Applying responsible gaming procedures according to regulations
- Being vigilant while reviewing player accounts to ensure they are playing responsibly
- Applying RG regulations in a timely manner according to internal procedures
- Ensuring responsible gaming events are being handled
- Expanding players game play activity
- Proactively contacting potential players
- Initiating players interaction over chat email and phone
