A bit about the job
As a Pricing and Commercial Lead within our Health Innovation team you will play a key role in developing and implementing commercial strategies for new propositions. You will use your pricing expertise and analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities ensuring our innovations are both customercentric and commercially sustainable. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisionmaking and help shape the future of our health business.
Skills and experience
Strong commercial background with experience in pricing financial planning and risk management.
Proficient using commercial pricing knowledge and innovative thinking to influence design and costing of new products and propositions.
Proficiency in data analysis and experience with at least one programming language (e.g. SQL Python R).
Ability to develop business cases and communicate complicated analysis to nontechnical audiences.
A strong understanding of insurance pricing and distribution ideally within the health secto

Starting salary between 55000 and 60000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
