The Advanced Analytics department at Priority Health is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with strong analytic engineering expertise to support a growing portfolio of analytics and AI projects. As part of an integrated technical team the Data Scientist will play a crucial role in developing and deploying data and analytic solutions that drive actionable insights and improve the overall health outcomes for our members. They will work closely with other business intelligence developers and data scientists on the team building AIdriven applications a comprehensive analytic semantic layer and custom analytic solutions tailored to specific business needs.Experience in data cloud technologies (e.g. Snowflake) and scripting languages such as Python are a must.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver highimpact analytic solutions.
Design and implement a scalable and efficient analytic semantic layer that enables advanced data analysis and supports AI applications.
Develop and deploy AI applications leveraging publicly available LLMs utilizing the Snowflake cloud platform and Streamlit to allow for seamless security integration with our data and leverage userfriendly interfaces.
Monitor and ensure observability of automated analytic workflows AIdriven applications and our analytic semantic layer to maintain performance detect issues and facilitate troubleshooting.
Demonstrate ability to write and deploy production level code for a variety of strategic use cases.
Communicate findings and insights to technical and nontechnical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Keep uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and data science techniques to drive innovation within the organization.
Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in computer science statistics mathematics engineering or another related field.
10 years of relevant experience training in a quantitative discipline mathematics computer science statistics physics econometrics or a related discipline. Similar certified online education or professional experience will be considered on a casebycase basis
Preferred
Masters Degree or equivalent in computer science statistics mathematics engineering or another related field.
